Microphone is only used during an active sleep session you start.
Audio recordings stay on your phone; never uploaded to cloud storage.
Adjust snoring sensitivity under Settings > Snoring sensitivity (Sensitive / Normal / Less sensitive).
Smart alarm wake window, snooze, and 5-minute test alarm are managed in Settings.
Weekly report summary can be shared as text; raw audio is never included.
Apple Health (HealthKit) and Android Health Connect are optional.
Delete your account under Settings > Delete Account.
